Shop Savy

I've heard about this one all over the place! According to our friends at CNET, this one turns your iPhone or Droid camera into a barcode scanner.  Say someone is trying to shove you out of the way for the last Star Wards Battlefront PS4 bundle, hold your camera up to the barcode and it will tell you if the bundle is actually cheaper somewhere else or at an online retailer.  It also give you the full 411 of what the product can do, photos of it and products similar to it. If you saw an item cheaper than the app lists, it'll also allow you to add your price to the scouting report.

Retail Me Not

This is one of my websites when I'm shopping from my desktop computer, but having their app gives you access to coupons while you're out in the thick of your holiday shopping!  Unlike it's website companion, this app knows where you're at and uses it's GPS to search stores by you for in-store coupons.  You can also search for coupons to use at a certain store with the app.  Some of the deals it's found are 20% off Bed, Bath and Beyond or a buy one, get one at Starbucks.

Raise

Gift cards are all the rage when it comes to hard to shop for people on your shopping list and this app is one of the best to get the job done! It helps you save on gift cards to places like TJ Maxx, Bed Bath & Beyond, Home Depot, Macy's, Walmart, Whole Foods and Sephora.  If you want to buy one for yourself, you can instantly download cards to your phone with Raise.  Gift cards are usually a universal stocking stuffer but should you get one you know you'll never use, you can sell it on Raise too!  They're free to list and you get to choose the selling price.
