I've been wanting to dine at ALAVITA forever and Tuesday night is perfect timing. ALAVITA An Italian Joint is hosting a five-course dining experience that will tempt your palette with a list of exquisite paired wines. Typically during food and wine pairings, menus are exclusive to the special event. This is a one-night special and weather is beautiful for the patio sitting somewhere in the upper 60's by dinner.

Let's check out the menu for Tuesday night.
