Something cool is about to move in near the Indian Creek foot bridge in Caldwell!

According to the Idaho Press Tribune, plans are in the works to install a $50,000 musical instrument park in Downtown Caldwell.  The Indian Creek Musical Art Park was chosen from close to 150 different ideas to receive the money from the city of Caldwell and Destination Caldwell.

It's design will include artistic percussion instruments that visitors can play in a social way with friends and strangers alike.

As an proud Orch dork of 8 years and a grownup who still remembers playing with the chimes in a section of my hometown's park called Kids Town, I'm excited for Caldwell to get this!

Right now, it's unclear when construction will begin but the city is looking for artists interested in helping with the design.  If you know someone who is interested, you can send an e-mail HERE.
