A Reason To Not Trust Customer Service [VIDEO]

We move at a pretty quick pace here at 103.5 KISS FM and when we're trying to track something down, it usually seems like placing a call to the store to see if an an item is available is the quickest means to an end.  After watching this video...well, I'll think twice next time.

How many times has an employee told you "I'm not sure if it's in stock but I'll check for you?"  You'd like to think they're actually doing your job right?  This experiment shows that that might not actually be true.  You may be driving across town to pick up a product at another store for no reason at all.
