Be A Polished Man

1 in 5 children fall victim to violence before they turn 18. There's now a colorful way for you to help curb that number.

The "Polished Man" is a cause created to bring awareness to violence against youth. According to PolishedMan.com:

We're challenging men to nail it to end it.

1 in 5 children are subject to physical and/or sexual violence before the age of 18. That’s one too many.

The power to stop this is on your hands. It starts with painting a fingernail. That nail leads to a conversation. That conversation inspires a donation. That donation allows for prevention and protection.

It ends with a world where no child suffers from violence.

Polished Man. Nail it to end it this October.

The movement really began to gain traction thanks to Chris Hemsworth, his brother Liam, and Zac Efron showing their support on social media.

I've agreed to paint my nail to show support. I'm hereby challenging Mateo, Colton (#2 in the Cruise & Box bestie book), and BSU head coach Bryan Harsin to join me.
