Be it from a bottle or a box, few things rival a good glass of red wine.

Gik Wine, out of Spain, is trying to bring blue wine to the masses. They don't care about the history of wine, or hiring all-knowing wine professionals. They care about making something different, and mission very much accomplished.

Why blue? The people at Gik say that blue represents "Fluidity and change, movement, innovation, and infinity."

Or, maybe it just represents "Hey look, blue wine. Let's try that!"
