Body Found in Canal off Eagle Road

A man's body has been pulled from a canal just off of Eagle Road. Details here. 

On Sunday morning, June 25th, a body was discovered in a Boise canal just east of the 4100 block of Eagle Road. This all happened at 9:00 in the morning.

Stuff like this freaks me out. I often think about the people I haven't checked in with over the weekend. It's either the worrier side of me or human nature. Love on those close to you.

Boise Police say there were no obvious signs of trauma and it isn't yet clear how he died.

The Ada County Coroner's Office has identified the man as 31-year old Jared Maupin.
