It's Summer! Pay no attention to the up and down weather we've had over the past week. You know what they say, "It's Idaho!" Rain or shine the Bodybuilding.com Fitness Expo will be packed inside the CenturyLink Arena this Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The best way to explain this event if you've never been is a TON OF WORKOUT STUFF!

This is a FREE event and the lines start early because the first 5,000 people win free BFE shirts. Then, grab a bag and make your way to the arena for free swag, samples, and products. I like this event because Bodybuilding.com brings in all their bodybuilders, fitness instructors, and local Crossfit teams to tell you what's hot!

There have been demonstrations in the past, photo ops with their celebrity trainers, and new unveilings. Do you want to know what the best multi-vitamin is? Which protein powder should you take? What's the difference between a fat burner and this thing my friend takes? Bodybuilding.com supplies supplements around the world and just happens to be based out of Boise. This is a special event and I don't have any connections to anyone at Bodybuilding.com. I just think is a cool event to get some free product, buy new stuff discounted, and get good advice from the pros all in one place.
