We've had hometown visits, major spoilers, and so many tears (mostly from Nick.)

What's Boise saying about The Bachelor?

We've scoured Twitter around the Treasure Valley to see what people are saying about this season of the bachelor. We're down to the final four, and the Twitterverse is getting more heated than ever about the show.

Yes, there's a lot of hate for Corinne. If it's her ridiculously expensive taste, her incurable shopping habit, or the fact that she's an adult woman with a personal nanny, she's definitely this season's villain. But not everyone feels that way.

The odd part about this season is that Rachel has been announced as the next Bachelorette, making her the first African American woman to do so. However, the story is that she's still in the running this season. No one is quite sure why ABC spilled the beans on Rachel, but she's still in the final four on this season of The Bachelor.

According to Vulture, ABC was trying to scoop whoever was trying to scoop them on the announcement:

(Rachel) Lindsay, a 31-year-old lawyer from Texas, has not yet been eliminated from the show and is considered to be one of the front-runners for Bachelor Nick’s heart. The industry insider suggested that ABC made the decision to announce her casting before The Bachelor finishes airing in an attempt to get out ahead of the sites that work to spoil the show — so basically, ABC just spoiled The Bachelor in order to get out ahead of Bachelorette casting spoilers.

One theory making the rounds is that Rachel receives the final rose from Nick, but then denies him. Guess we'll find out more next week when The Bachelor airs on ABC.

Until then, I'll just be over here eating cheese.
