It was a pretty great weekend for the Boise State football team with a solid win over the Wyoming Cowboys. It was the first game that I was able to make so far this season and the energy felt almost tangible.  I feel like leading up to the football season, the buzz surrounding Boise State football felt absent compared to years past and I couldn't figure out what was missing. With a heartbreaking loss to Washington State in Pullman, that big pinnacle win that fans are used to notching up on the board would have launched the Broncos high into the polls didn't happen.

Well, Boise State after a slow start got another win on the season Saturday night and while they aren't ranked--they're ARE climbing the polls. According to two polls, the USA Today and the Coaches Poll, Boise State has began to garner votes into the Top 25. In both polls, Boise State received 3 votes, putting the Broncos in 34th place.

With the next two games expected to be wins, we could be seeing a crack into the Top 25 for Boise State sooner than we think!
