Boise State Returns as Ranked Team

All is back to normal in Bronco Nation as Boise State returns to the Top 25 this week. It feels like it has been far too long since the Broncos were among the nations elite. Suffering a couple of losses this season that were anticipated as wins mean that the critics had no choice but to put Boise State on the back burners. Friday night changed that.

Fresno State was in town on Friday night, ranked #16 and ready to win. I'll be the first to admit: I expected them to. Boise State however, didn't allow that to happen. A massive comeback and strong fourth quarter kept the Broncos alive and with a win over a ranked opponent, it was no longer acceptable for the pollsters to ignore and leave them out of the rankings.

With Week 12 rankings still hot off of the press, Boise State comes in at #23 in the AP and #24 in the Coaches.
