Bye Bye Boise. Record High Travel Expected Out of the Treasure Valley

The Treasure Valley could be pretty quiet this Thanksgiving. More families are traveling out of town than ever before. Thank you very much low gas prices. 

AAA expects the busiest travel season in nine years with 1 million more Americans traveling this Thanksgiving compared with last year. Most of the travel will be happening by car. The lowering gas prices are working in the traveling families' favors.

Don't travel far without packing your car with safety supplies. It sounds nuts until you're stuck on the side of the road or in a broken-down car when it unexpectedly snows. Here's what to pack.
