If you're single like me, every day might be "National Singles Day"! However, there really is a day for this and it's tomorrow! So, if you don't have a significant other I'd suggest you go above and beyond to treat yourself.

According to the United States Census Bureau 45% of residents in the country 18 years old or older, are single.  When you think about it-- that's a pretty impressive number if you ever feel like you're the ONLY single person in your group of friends or think there isn't anyone out there for you.

I've been single since spring of 2016, just months before I moved back to Boise. If you've gone through a breakup, you get how painful those can be. Through them, however, it seems we always become stronger.  Being single and focusing on ME, I have learned isn't selfish but is rather one of the greatest opportunities for growth.

So, my single people! Treat yourselves today, don't give in to cuffing season....unless you think it's true love, and CELEBRATE!
