Cell Phone Amber Alerts: Crucial and Loud

So...you get it. That thing was LOUD. I threw a poll up onto out 103.5 KISSFM Instagram page and asked if the alert woke you up too-- while the vast majority said yes, some said they didn't even get one!

I'm sure not waking up was nice, but all jokes aside this alert service is just too important to not have on your phone. It's free and of course, we all know a child that matters to us, be it a sibling, niece, nephew, or cousin. Did you know every smartphone has the option to receive Amber Alert and your may be unknowingly turned off? Thankfully, these don't go off very often, but when they do, it's no laughing matter.
