Chipotle Closes In The Treasure Valley

Think you're going to have a delicious burrito for lunch today?  Guess again.

All Chipotle locations will be closed from 11 AM - 3 PM today, including those in the Treasure Valley.  But why?! Didn't the CDC just say that it was 100% safe to start eating at Chipotle again after it's E Coli and Norovirus outbreaks?

Yes, they did but the chain wants employees to be up to date on the latest food safety practices after the outbreak.  That's why they'll spend four hours going through training about changes to food prep and good handling.  They'll cover everything from cleaning the kitchen, to cutting fresh veggies and marinating your burrito meat.
