Like clock work there's always that one person at holiday dinner that claim's they're watching their waist line despite the fact the holidays are full of friends, fun and sugary treats.  This recipe is so fudgy and delicious that you'll love them just as much as traditional brownies and your health conscious family member will love them too!

Ingredients

1 Ripe Avocado
1/4 cup Coconut Oil
1 Egg
1 1/2 cup Coconut Sugar
2 tbsp Water
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
3/4 cup Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa Powder
1/2 tsp pink salt
1/4 c coconut flour

Directions

Preheat oven to 350º and line an 8x8 Pyrex dish with lightly greased foil. Make sure you leave some hanging over the sides. This is how you'll pull the brownies out at the end.
Mix avocado, coconut oil, egg, coconut sugar, water and vanilla together in a food processor.
Add cocoa powder and mix again until there's no big lumps.
Add flour and salt and mix one more time.
Spread batter evenly in baking dish. Bake for 35 minutes.
Let cool in pan for one hour. These are super fudgy, so you want them to congeal.
Pull foil out of pan and cut into 16 squares.
