City of Meridian Declares State of Emergency

City of Meridian Mayor Tammy de Weerd declared a state of emergency this afternoon after weather reports warned of increased snowfall this weekend.

By declaring this state of emergency, the City has the ability to dedicate resources to contractors, equiptment, and more in a quick and immediate manor should city officials see the need.

Officials are asking that if possible, please removed parked cars from the streets.
