Get a jump start on your spring cleaning while helping kick blood cancer's butt at Fleet Feet in Meridian on Saturday, March 19th!

What started as my boyfriend's challenge to me to get rid of some of my old clothes blossomed into something incredible a couple weekends ago! We both grew up Catholic but are really horrible at that "giving something up for lent" thing.  Instead he challenged me to get rid of 40 pieces of old clothing, one for each of the 40 days of Lent.  As I was shoving my old clothes in a garbage bag, I had a brilliant idea! Why don't I put together a clothes swap where my clothes can find a new home and help raise money for my Woman of the Year Campaign for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society?! Withing minutes of the idea popping in my head, Brandon Frank at Fleet Feet Meridian helped me set the wheels in motion and we'd like to personally invite YOU to check it out on Saturday, March 19th!

How It Works

    • Bring the clean, gently used outfits that just aren't working for you anymore to Fleet Feet in Meridian on March 19th. We'll set them up to swap with other guests.
    • Donate $10 with your swap items and you can fill a Fleet Feet bag with as many swap items as possible. See more outfits than fit into the bag? Pay an additional $5 to fill a second bag!
    • Enjoy your new spring wardrobe and know you're helping the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society fund research to find life saving cures for blood cancer and provide resources for patients and their families!
    • Don't have any clothes to swap, but still want to fill a bag? Donate $15 to the LLS and you can fill a bag of your own!

100% of the proceeds will benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Any left over clothes will be donated to the Idaho Youth Ranch.

Special Gift: For each item you bring to the clothes swap, Fleet Feet will give you 1% off a new apparel item from the store up to 20%! That means if you bring 5 items, you get 5% off. Bring 20? Get 20% off!

If you have clothes you'd like to swap, please bring them to Fleet Feet between 4:30-5:30 PM so we have time to organize and set them up by the time the swap begins at 6!

RSVP to the Clothes Swap on Facebook! I hope to see you there because the LLS is a cause close to my heart right because my friend George was recently diagnosed with Chronic Myeloid Leukemia.  One of the medications he's taking as part of his treatment was discovered with the help of a research grant from the LLS.  They're helping my friend kick cancer's butt so that he can be there to see his two little girls grow up and I want to raise as much money as I can to give back to them.  You can find out more about my campaign HERE or donate directly to my campaign now HERE!

Thank you so much for your support! I can't put into words how much it means to me!
