Coeur d’Alene the Latest Victim of the ‘Dollar Tree Robber’

He's been successful at stick ups in Wisconsin, Michigan, and New York.

Now, the Dollar Tree Robber has his sights set on Idaho.

Police in Coeur d'Alene are currently searching for the man who is being called the "Dollar Tree Robber." The suspect has earned that name after robbing Dollar Tree stores in three other states before striking in Idaho. Coeur d'Alene police obtained photographs from a similar robbery in New York, showing the suspect as a white male, 5'10", around 200 lbs, and driving a grey Dodge Charger.

The only additional information authorities were able to provide is the suspect in question usually enters a Dollar Tree store shortly before closing, and demands cash from employees using a silver hand gun as leverage.
