CRUNCH Fitness Workout Update
I started working out with David the General Manager at Crunch Fitness about 4 weeks ago. Before becoming a father, I worked out very frequently, even competing in an NPC physique show. Then, I had a baby, and the dad-bod started to form. Getting back into shape is something I always wanted to do in the back of my mind, I just never forced myself to do it. So, when Crunch Fitness opened, I forced myself to begin the journey, and I couldn't be any happier. I work out with David three times a week, and through intense weight training, and dietary guidelines, my body is starting to change.
For tonight's workout, we didn't have much time. But David still led what I felt was an intense workout benefiting my legs, core, and shoulders. Try it if you don't have a lot of time but want a good workout.
Shoulder Cleans 3x 15 Reps
Shoulder Press 3x Sets 15x Reps
Deadlifts 5x Sets 5x Reps
2x 30 yard weighted sled push
10x pushups 2 sets
