Let’s just go with one bad habit at a time. I may become overwhelmed and not do well so I want to start slow. Geez, I guess we can refer back to the fear of failure.

I want to drink more water. It may seem lame but it’s something I’m completely slacking on and I feel it’s better for my overall health and mental state. I’m replacing extra coffee and anything else I choose to drink with at least one glass of water. I want to slowly increase to where water is what I mostly drink.

The other habits I have aren't annoying to me but are probably scaring everyone else away. I just can't think of habits I have. Routine, yes. Habits...hmm...?
