Christmas is a week away and what about the people in our community that have fallen short this year? What if you lost your job and never saw it coming? Who do you turn to? Dear Santa, I'm asking for your help.

I came across a mom who has already sacrificed so much as a mother, friend, and neighbor, then most of us will ever do in our lifetime. I found out about some families that were in need, and I received an additional email tonight regarding a totally different story
I need to get this message out asap, and I will revisit tomorrow. Please share if you can. This is my letter to Santa for some Idahoans that are just having a hard time.

Dear Santa,

I'm writing to thank you for a wonderful Christmas that I know we will have this year. It has been exactly 12 months since our little family was paralyzed after our son was taken to the emergency room last December. This year he'll finally be able to run down and check for your presents at home. We are so thankful.

I came across some families that won't have that same opportunity with their families. I'm helping a listener grants some wishes and came across a completely different situation.

I received a thank you message from a family who waited in line for 2 hours this morning for free Christmas tree. Washington Trust Bank was sponsoring a free Christmas tree promotion at Stonehenge Produce. This family didn't ask for anything but just gave tearful thanks considering the head of the household lost their job four months ago.

Santa, I understand that we can't make every wish true so close to Christmas. I'm reaching out to find some of your helpers that might be willing to assist me in granting some basic Christmas wishes. Could you reach out and have them message me? I have a few families and plan on taking care of them myself. I have a feeling that more will surface as they do this time of year and It's always good to know you have some backup if you need it. Just have them send me a message to kekeluv@1035kissfmboise.com

There are so many things I want to do for other people, and especially those families stuck in a hospital bed this Christmas. To be honest, this year began and is ending with a ton of uncertainty with our son. I feel terrible that haven't been able to devote more time, but my family is my priority, and we've been in/out of the hospital all year. That's why I'm scrambling to make sure I'm not leaving anyone behind.

Thank you for everything you do Santa and I'll be looking forward to your response.

Merry Christmas,

Love Kekeluv
