Do It This Weekend: July 25-27

Fair season kicks off in the 2C!  Head out to the Canyon County Fair this weekend to enjoy all your favorite carnival rides, live entertainment and so much more!

The fair opens at noon Friday and Saturday and 11 AM on Sunday.  Rides open at 4 PM Friday, Noon on Saturday and 1 PM on Sunday.

Your admission ticket also gets you in to see concerts from country super stars David Nail and The Swon Brothers (from Team Blake on NBC's The Voice) on Friday night at Josh Turner and American Young on Saturday night.

And don't forget to look for 103.5 KISS FM's Huggie at the Fair Sunday as he hosts the Watermelon Eating Contest!

Anything that involves beer and belly flops is all 100% awesome.  Tonight, one of your favorite local breweries is teaming up with The Lift for their 3rd Annual Belly Flop Off!

Winners score prizes from Crooked Fence Brewing and The Lift for placing in: best flop male & female, best technique, best flop costume and the people's choice flop.

Registration is free and starts at The Lift on State Street at 6 PM, Friday.

For all our fit mommas wanting to take their minis on the run with them!

The Push 5K encourages moms, dads and anyone else toting the tots around in a stroller to lace up a pair of running shoes and hit the pavement.  The 5K run/walk benefits the Treasure Valley YMCA and Special Olympics Team Ghostbusters.

Race day registration opens at 8:30 AM at Ann Morrison Park.  The gun goes off at 10 AM.

The man who helped put Bruno Mars on the map with "Nothin' On You," saw shooting stars with Paramore's Haley Williams on "Airplanes" and made us tear up with Taylor Swift on "The Both of Us" takes over the Revolution Concert House on Saturday night.

Doors open at 7 with the show to follow at 8. Mayor Coalz and Party Girl get the party started before B.o.B. headlines the show.

103.5 KISS FM is teaming up with VIP Red Carpet Events for the ABC (Anything But Clothes) party at The Bouquet on Saturday night!

Bust out the duct tape, caution tape, bubble wrap, cardboard boxes, garbage bags...whatever you think you need to make the best costume! You could win $100 if you have the best outfit in the room! Plus you could walk away with $100 if you can twerk it like Miley in the twerk contest.
