Downtown Boise NYE Road Closures

With thousands expected to flock into Downtown Boise to ring in 2015 at bars, nightclubs, restaurants and in the streets getting to the party will be a bit of a challenge.  Here's a look at the sixteen blocks of road closures in Downtown Boise on Wednesday, December 31st.

9 AM

• Main Street between 9th and 11th
• Main Street between 5th and 6th
• 8th Street Between Bannock and Jefferson

2 PM

• 8th Street Between Main and Idaho
• 8th Street between Idaho and Jefferson

7 PM

• Main Street Between Capitol and 9th
• Main Street Between 6th and Capitol
• Idaho Street Between Capitol and 9th
• Bannock Between 9th and Capitol
• 9th Street Between Idaho and Grove

Streets are expected to reopen by 4 AM on New Year's Morning. There will be shuttles running to the Grove from various locations, including Boise State University.
