Downtown Boise Restaurant Closes After Three Years
The restaurant was best known for putting a unique twist on traditional dishes like macaroni in cheese topped with anything from salmon, to chicken to pork belly.
According to the Idaho Statesman, The Dish served up its last dish last Friday. The fusion-contemporary restaurant lost it's co-owner and head chef to Jack's Urban Meeting Place. During our tour at JUMP I remember our guide telling us that Jered Couch would be in charge of the catering at the new community gathering site. That catering program is known as Thomas Cuisine.
So what will become of the vacant space on 10th Street? The building's owner tells the Statesman that there is a new concept for the space and it will make it's debut around New Year's Day 2017.
