The Found Vintage and Antiques Market will be held Friday, May 15th 12-8 and Saturday, May 16th 10-6. The market will include dozens of vintage goods dealers throughout the entire Bishop's House and grounds, food trucks, beer and wine, vintage car show by Riff Raff Boise (Saturday only), Pin up Girls and Gangsters dressed to “kill” (Saturday only), 20’s style mug shots by acclaimed photographer Analisa Ravella (both days), and so much more. Admission to enter the Antique show is $5 (good for both days) and 100% of admission proceeds benefit the Friends of the Bishops House.

This beautiful Victorian structure was home to a succession of Idaho’s Episcopalian Bishops for many years after it was built in 1889. It was remodeled by John Tourtelotte in 1899 to its current Queen Anne style. In 1975 the house was moved to its current location across from the old Idaho State penitentiary from its original location at the corner of 2nd and Idaho St. The Friends of The Bishops House, a non-profit volunteer organization, was formed to preserve and maintain this community treasure.
The Bishop’s House and her grounds are available for event rental and many area weddings, reunions and Christmas parties have been held here. Without the generous support of our community these traditions could not continue. This is a wonderful opportunity to tour inside this beautiful home as well as enjoy the Old State penitentiary.
