Fifty Shades Darker Trailer Drops; Boise Native Shares His Photos from the Set

Excited can't come close to describing how I felt when the teaser trailer for Fifty Shades Darker dropped yesterday.  Now the entire trailer is here!

If you know me, you know that after reading the second Fifty Shades of Grey book, Fifty Shades Darker, I got sucked into the story of Anastasia Steele and Christina Grey. They're unique love story quickly became my favorite series!  Yesterday, this teaser trailer and movie poster made it's way to the intrawebs.

Today Universal Pictures dropped the first full trailer for the sequel hitting theaters on February 17th, 2017 and I'm losing my mind!

The whole world may be intrigued by the new trailer, but I've got something for you that's never been seen before.  Some of you might remember my friend Michael from his days DJing at Dirty Little Roddy's and Main Street Bistro as DJ Magic Mike.  He moved to Seattle more than a year ago and found himself smack dab in the middle of the filming of Fifty Shades Darker and the third movie in the series, Fifty Shades Freed. He took these pictures while he was working as an extra on the set. (He had more, but his phone broke not long after his experience with the film.)

He tells me that there is a stunt driver in the black Audi R8 (which of course belongs to Christian Grey.)  While on the set he found out the car was modified from it's original state and was crushed after production ended.  They are rumored to have used a total of eight of these cars during the production of Fifty Shades Darker and Fifty Shades Freed.
