All that my mind has been focused on over the last couple of days has been Boise Music Festival--it's happening tomorrow and it's tough to not be excited and stressed to make sure everything goes well. We've been promoting it for months, giving you tickets since KISSmas, and now it's here.

One thing I didn't realize until today, though, was that the 4th of July is right around the corner.

With the 4th of July comes fireworks and with fireworks comes a need for a safety refresher. Today, in Boise, fireworks are deemed "safe" and are allowed through July 5th. You have probably already noticed the firework stands opening for business.

Thanks to the City of Boise, all of the rules and even just safety tips can be found online. While it didn't happen over the 4th of July last year, lets not forget what poor and irresponsible use of fireworks did to Table Rock last summer.  Buy what's legal, light in a safe manner and in a safe area, and check out safety tips HERE.
