First Video Of Bieber Urinating in Jail Cell Released [VIDEO]

Thanks to the state of Florida's "Open Records" law, the public will see Justin Bieber urinating in his jail cell.  TMZ posted the video from the lobby of the jail yesterday.  In the video you can see Justin Bieber in the corner of the cell while his friend Kahlil waits in the lobby.  Bieber's face is revealed when he and his buddy switch places.  There is reportedly a second video coming soon, but right now police are having trouble blurring Bieber's junk.
