Can you believe FitOne is less than four weeks away?!  Not running or walking in this year's race?  You can still be part of the day! FitOne needs volunteers!

By race day organizers estimate there will be over 12,000 people register for the 5K/10K/Half Marathon.  That's a lot of people to make sure are taken care of during their events!  Can you help out?

FitOne is in need of people to help set up and distribute the post race breakfast at Ann Morrison Park, work as a course marshal to show participants where they're going and pass out water at the aid stations.  Volunteering isn't a huge time commitment either.  If you've got a few hours in the morning on Saturday, September 26th that's all it takes!  You can even pick where you want to help out at and the shift you want to work at FitOneBoise.org/volunteer.

And you get some really cool swag for helping out too!  Registered volunteers get a recyclable FitOne lunch tote, technical t-shirt, St. Luke's aluminum water bottle, $10 Shu's Idaho Running Company gift card and a free drink from Dutch Bros.

As someone that's run several marathons and half marathons,  I can't tell you enough how much we appreciate the people that volunteer to work aid stations during the race.  You guys are the extra oomph of cheering and cowbells we need to keep going and are essential to keeping all the runners on the course hydrated and fueled!  If you volunteer, I know you'll also have the undying gratitude of 12,000 of your neighbors in the Treasure Valley!
