Free Skate Day at Century Link Arena

My favorite band performed on the Pandora Unforgettable Moments of Love on Ice on ABC last weekend and now I have skating fever again!  That's why I can't wait to lace my skates up this weekend!

Yes, I actually own ice skates.  Once upon a time, I signed up for a figure skating class as a gym credit in college.  I figured because it was a gym credit we'd just be skating around in circles for an hour and a half.  I was wrong.  Very wrong.  I actually learned to jump in that class.  If my ankles hold up, you may catch me trying to pull it off Sunday at CenturyLink Arena. But let me warn you, I'm no Ashley Wagner!

This Sunday CenturyLink Arena and the Idaho Steelheads are hosting Free Skate Day from 2-4 PM!

If you bring a canned food donation with you, the Steelies will thank you by giving you a pair of tickets for their home game against the Utah Grizzlies on Valentine's Day!  The tickets are only for those who bring canned foods and are limited to one pair per person.  Also, if you have skates it's a good idea to bring them!  Limited free rentals will be available on a first come, first serve basis.
