Groundhog’s Day: Did He or Didn’t He See His Shadow?

Happy Groundhog's Day!  Punxsutawney Phil did his diligent groundhog duties this morning...so was it good news or bad news?

Bad news if you were hoping it was going to warm up and be less foggy.  The little guy saw his shadow this morning and predicted six more weeks of winter.

FYI...since 1887, the reigning groundhog in charge has only predicted an early spring 17 times.  The first official day of spring is March 20th.
