Half Billion Email Accounts Hacked – Including in Idaho

The largest breach in American history from the breaking news regarding your email accounts. This isn't a good thing, was your hacked?

Yahoo is reporting that data from over 500 million users has been stolen. Yikes! What does that mean? It means someone has access to YOUR user information to breach other accounts.

Yahoo said the stolen information may have included names, email address, birth dates, scrambled passwords, and encrypted or unencrypted security questions and answers. I know that's NOT what you wanted to hear.

1. Strengthen your password.
2. Avoid Web Type Mails (Yahoo, Google, AOL)
3. Use Encryption.
4. Don't use the same password for all your accounts.
