Halloween Block Party

103.5 KISS FM took over 6th and Main to celebrate Halloween at Main Street Bistro, Dirty Little Roddys, and China Blue! Ghosts, goblins, witches, and pirates of all sorts showed up, and a $500 prize was given out to the best costume!
