The Egyptian Theater was built just five years after King Tut's tomb was discovered, and the theater pays homage to the pharaoh.

According to legend, the theater is haunted by Joe, a projectionist who passed away on site in the 1950's. Joe has been known to turn lights on and off, make random noises, and open and close doors.
