The Boise Red Cross is aiding about 21 families who were affected by the Arbor Crossing apartment fire. You can help assist these families during the holiday season as they search for a place to stay.

As a result of the fire, 5 people were injured and one person has died, according to the Boise Fire Department. After the fire was extinguished, it's unclear how many families were allowed back into their apartments.

The Red Cross is focusing on helping people get back on their feet in the immediate aftermath of disaster.

Until information about the fire is released, we can help through the Boise Burnout Fund.
