Help Put Hunger on Ice This Weekend at CenturyLink Arena

Every year, the CenturyLink Arena hosts a hockey game to support Metro Meals on Wheels and it all goes down this weekend.

Metro Meals on Wheels needs your help this weekend and enjoy some great hockey while helping so many people.

The Boise State Broncos face off with Mateo's Gonzaga University Bulldogs this Sunday afternoon at 1 p.m. at CenturyLink Arena. All proceeds from tickets sales go to help benefit Meals on Wheels right here in the Treasure Valley. The Broncos are hoping to pack the stands with blue Sunday and you're invited 🏒

Admission is $10 dollars and you can purchase by phone at 208.576.4878. Bronco nation will stand for a moment of silence to commemorate the Bronco's late teammate, Christian "Buddy" Dale who passed away in a boating accident this past Summer.

Metro Meals on Wheels: Metro Meals on Wheels and its army of volunteers deliver and serve meals to nearly 1,000 senior citizens in Boise and Throughout Ada County each weekday, and over 700 every weekend. Many seniors receiving meals are homebound and unable to prepare their own meals. For many, these meals provide their only consistent source of daily nourishment.
