People living in the Treasure Valley LOVE to get tattoos. And though we probably won't see any shows named Boise Ink on TLC, that doesn't mean we don't have some of the best tattoo artists in the world, yeah I said it, the world! The staff here at 103.5 KISS FM is on a mission to find the Treasure Valley's favorite tattoo artist.
