Help Wanted – Transit Center & Event Venue Construction Halted

If you're looking for a job that involves construction, you could likely help with the progress of the downtown Boise transit center. Right now progress is halted because of a lack of people working on it!

The completion of City Center Plaza will be delayed. The Idaho Statesman says part of the multi-use area is complete. The Clearwater building on 8th and Main (houses Boise State University, restaurants and Clearwater Analytics). The main expansion area (ballroom with industrial kitchen) will be delayed three weeks.

The good news: Boise is expanding at a rapid pace which will provide many job opportunities, event spaces and welcome new people to the city.

The bad news: There is so much going on that it's tough to find people to do all the work.

Construction is looking like a pretty incredible trade to be in right now.
