Some people around our building were discussing firework safety earlier this week and I started to wonder...how much do I really know about safely using them?

I mean I wasn't even allowed to have a sparkler when I was a kid. When my dad was growing up, one of his cousins lit her hair on fire with one so he decided no child of his was ever going to play with fireworks themselves. I don't think I got my hands on a sparkler until I was 13 or 14 at my best friend's house.

However, it turns out from watching the news over the years I'm no dummy when it comes to knowing how to safely use them if I wanted to. I found this quiz online that tests your knowledge of safely using these 4th of July staples. I got 100% of questions correct and for never buying fireworks, I'm quite proud of that!
