I Met A Hero Today

I wanted to share a photo that I took with some listeners picking up ticket at the 103.5 Kissfm studios. You never know who you're standing next to unless you ask.

I was fortunate enough to meet some winners today and come to find out - I was standing next to a hero.

They don't talk about it, they don't brag about it, ask them if they'll go back and almost all of them will say, "When do we leave."

A shout out and a reminder that while we enjoy life in Boise and abroad, soldiers have chosen to put their civilian lives on hold so we can have the freedoms that surround us. To all our men and women serving us around the country, we will forever be in debt to you.

I tell our son about your courage every time we witness a flyby.
