Idaho’s Cowboy Ninja Warrior Shines

Monday night, thanks to one brave cowboy, Idaho got put on the map.

Lance Perkus of Salmon competed on American Ninja Warrior last night, and ended up with the fastest time overall. Which means we'll be seeing more of him in the next round on September 18th. Perkus is competing for the $1,000,000 grand prize while his wife and family watch from Idaho. His wife is living with multiple sclerosis (as we learned on the show via a pre-taped video segment) and isn't able to travel well.

While the 9/18 episode is pre-taped, we'll have to wait until it airs live on NBC to see how our Gem State Cowboy fares!
