Starting next week, Best Buy will deliver all your gadget needs right to your door.

Will we be able to take advantage?

To compete with Amazon, Best Buy will begin same-day delivery of your online order to customers in Denver, San Diego, Tampa, Phoenix, and other major cities. It's pretty simple. You place your online order (cutoff is 3 p.m. day of), you pay a $5.99 fee, and your order will be dropped off at your door. Unless you're ordering large appliances or large TV's, in which case you'll need to come to the store.

The word on the street is Best Buy plans to add ten additional cities who will be eligible for same-day delivery. No word yet on if Boise is on the list, but if we are, I can't wait to never have to leave my couch again to buy another thumb drive.
