I woke up this morning to a sad text, a Facebook comment, and a snap chat. My instant instinct was to check my phone instead of waking up to grab a sip of water. I walked over to grab some lunch, and I waved to a stranger and she decided to look down and not wave. Last week, I woke up to "Good Morning America" and it was nothing but negative news. Videos of ladies being punched in the face by their partners. I texted a friend, and told her that I "needed a friend today". This video changed my perspective on a few things.. you should check it out...

I watched a a cell phone company bash another cell phone company because they apparently "made the same phone 2 years ago". No one is saying anything nice anymore, I have about an hour of television happiness when Jimmy Fallon's show hits the airwaves and I can laugh at someone else talking about the same news in a lightened way if that makes sense. I find it weird that we are all becoming zombies to the world, even if we think we are or not. No matter how many times I tell someone on the radio "I love your face" it's not going to stop a person from stealing. I can't change the world..

I opened facebook 3 times today, to watch the new trailer for "The Hunger Games" to write a status, and the 3rd time I opened it I saw this video. It's by this artist Prince Ea. I know nothing about him, his music, or his life... I can tell you that I watched this video, and was shocked to hear him speak the truth about 90% of the things that are going on in the world. How powerful the human word can be.

"What's popular is more important that what is right"

I vow to change the little things about my life, to become some type of inspiration...because the most important thing to me or you should not be about what other people see/think/or hear.. it should be about YOU.

"Love Your Brain" - Miley Cyrus

Hate on her all you want, but she said the most honest thing I have ever heard which instantly clicked in my brain.

"You know what hurts your brain..reading comments on Facebook"
