"I, like, followed a woman off the train one day to see what it felt like to pursue someone like that." Perhaps a little too honest, Jamie?

Jamie Dornan's admission creeps me the freak out. He plays some pretty mentally "off" characters - Christian Grey in 'Fifty Shades of Grey' and Paul Spector in the Netflix drama 'The Fall'. The series has been picked up for a third five-episode season. Paul, his character, is a serial killer who likes to tie up his female victims before taking their lives.

Real talk: How is Jamie Dornan not completely screwed up after playing all these characters?

In a recent interview, Dornan admits that he wanted to get inside his character, Paul's, mind so he started doing things "Paul" would do. This includes trailing a girl for three blocks. Dornan admits that "it felt kind of exciting, in a really sort of dirty way." Thankfully, he followed that comment up with, "I'm sort of not proud of myself."

Okay, no.

I'm still creeped out by this. You?
