Womxn isn't misspelled, it's intentional to include everyone in the rally, according to Maddie Oppenheimer who is an Idaho student leader who helps put on the event.

This Saturday will be a rally at the Idaho State Capitol rather than a march and feature several speakers and thousands of women coming together for women's rights. Regardless of your political party or beliefs, you are welcome to participate.

The rally starts at 9a and features numerous speakers:

- Jennifer Palmieri, author of the New York Times best-seller “Dear Madam President: An Open Letter to the Women Who Will Run the World" and former White House communications director
- Idaho Sen. Cherie Buckner-Webb
- Soñia Galaviz, fifth grade teacher at Garfield Elementary
- Idaho student leaders Layla Bagwell, Charlotte Iradukunda, Jessica Hernandez-Garcia, Percephone Bias, Maddie Oppenheimer and Kylie Casper

There will be a sign-making event on Friday at the Linen Building ahead of the rally. Posters and markers will be provided and the event starts at 5:30p tomorrow, January 18.
