Day one is almost in the books! I must say I'm impressed. First, the team of people working around me is very impressive. Some of the unspoken people that aren't on the radio have really stepped up. I'm always impressed with a young man named J3. He's one of those people who you know will probably be your boss someday. The guy is always solving problems, fixing things and projecting a positive attitude. He just gets it. Same goes for Joe King our marketing manager. This event would not be what it is without those two people. Secondly, this community never ceases to amaze me. It's 10pm on a Friday and the parking-lot is full and all bikes are moving. Nobody is here to win anything or to get cheap drinks. No one is here for themselves. Strangers are coming together to raise awareness about child abuse, to heal and to help. It's surreal.

Keke is doing well for the first day. I'm a little worried beings as how he's outside this year. Staying awake "in past years" has always brought challenges we haven't expected, and that's been in a "controlled" environment. I'm hoping the weather stays dry and warm.

Day one is a wrap! On to day two..... LuckyThaDj----Out
