If you're a super fan of the Fifty Shades of Grey book series, you know that E.L. James has always said that "wine plays an important role in Fifty Shades of Grey, adding to the sensuality that pervades every encounter between Anastasia and Christian."  Why not have a little piece of their relationship in Downtown Boise?

Did you know that Bodovino hosts a FREE wine tasting at their Taste + Tapas location every Tuesday?  (It's ok, we didn't know either and my fiancé and I love Bodovino!) Between 5-7 p.m., the wine experts at the downtown Bodovino location select four different bottles for you to drop in and try, no strings attached!

Once you're done with your FREE tasting, you could always load up your card and create your own self-guided tasting with the help of Bodovino's Wine Emotion Machines. By inserting your card, you're able to choose a taste or glass pour of one of over 144 wines!

If you want to enjoy the SAME wines as Ana and Christian do in the Fifty Shades series, we found these wines mentioned in the book on the menu at Bodovino!

  • Regis Minet Pouilly Fume Vieilles Vignes

Christian and Ana enjoy this wine with cheeses, grapes and french baguettes during their first night together at Escala in Fifty Shades of Grey.

  • William Fevre Chablis

This is the wine Christian and Ana enjoy before their first trip to the Red Room of Pain together in Fifty Shades of Grey.

  • Barossa Valley Grenache Shiraz Mourvedre

Described as a fragrant violate wine with a burst of red berry fruits, this wine was served with Ana and Christian's dinner at Le Picotin after Jose's photography show in Fifty Shades Darker.

  • Louis Roederer Cristal Champagne

You know that sexy scene that leaked online a few days ago? The one where Christian tells Ana to "take them off?" This bubbly wine its what the couple enjoyed at the Mile High Club at Columbia Tower in Fifty Shades Darker.
