Lonely Christmas Cards Are Best Thing Ever

Why do I feel like this is something that would happen to me one day? Meet Bridget.  She's one of five siblings.  All of those siblings are married and off building perfect families of their own.  But Bridget?  She's the unmarried one.

About five years ago, her parents decided it was time to boot their unmarried daughter in her mid-20s out of their Christmas card because it was just "awkward" having her in it.  Feeling like a complete loner, Bridget decided to send out her own Christmas cards.

2010's featured Bridget drinking several bottles of wine and beer in a Santa Hat and bathrobe in front of her fireplace.  In 2011, some friends (stuffed animals) joined her for tea and well...more wine.  Things got a little creepier in 2012 when Bridget invited four more Bridgets to the table for wine and martinis.

2013's card looked a little something like this.

And it appears this year, Bridget has someone to sleep next to while she waits for Santa on Christmas Eve.  Two things come to mind here.  He won't be keeping her warm and I Love Makkonen would be proud of her for making a new mannequin friend.
