I find myself writing a lot about being married. It's not intentional. It's just new and exciting. Even though Lacey and I have been together for over five years, there is something different about actually being married. The experiences, the challenges and everything in between.

Leading up to the wedding was stressful, we were in the process of moving from Portland, taking on a new job, and the actual organizing and planning. Once the ceremony had ended, and friends and family had returned home, I started working right away. There was zero downtime.

We always talked about going on a honeymoon but didn't have the time. And now we're kind of at the point where we are forcing ourselves to take some time off and go. Here are some ideas we looked at that may help if you are looking for some inspiration.
